From basic principles, SIMPLE connections, to fundamental flows, sessions will ask you to work as a group to build and discover the BLISS of AcroYoga. This is such a gentle approach to opening up to trust. Plus I love the way it balances hormones, increases the optimization of the Immune System. The first time I tried AcroYoga I realized how much FEAR (False Events Appearing Real) I unconsciously carried.
